Content on the Services:-

Property Content on the Services (as described below) is intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of any content or services is strictly prohibited. Bundle Leads reserves rights that are not explicitly stated in this Agreement.

Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement Notification:-

Suppose you sincerely believe that the material or content available on Bundle Leads infringes a copyright or other intellectual property in your possession or for which you are a beneficial owner or exclusively licensed. In that case, you will be encouraged to inform us. It is our policy to end the right of access of repeat offenders under appropriate circumstances.

Bundle Leads offers the opportunity to sign up for better content and features through consulting by accessing or accessing any products, content, features, services, or events offered by us.
Bundle Leads Consulting Account: To access some of Bundle Leads Consulting’s features, you will need to create an online account (“Premium Account”). You agree to:-

(a) Take appropriate steps to protect the security of your user identity, password, and other information related to your premium account.

(B) Avoid sharing your premium account password or allowing access to your premium account through a third party.

(C) Fully responsible for the security, privacy, legal status, and integrity of all messages and content you receive, deliver or store using the Bundle Leads Consulting and Premium account.

(D) be responsible for all charges resulting from your premium account’s use to prevent unauthorized use and further incidents of such use before notifying in writing of such use. Take action, including changing your password.

Payment Terms, Fees, Account Cancellation:-

Bundle Leads charges a subscription fee for using Digital Advance Consulting. By registering for a premium account, you agree to pay the fee applicable to the selected account level, unless otherwise stated; all fees are in US dollars. We explicitly reserve the right to change the fee at any time after you are notified. All fees will be billed to your credit card at the international currency exchange rate. You pay all currency conversion charges, sales, usage, value-added, personal property or other taxes, duties, or any tax, including interest and penalties.

All fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable for 30 days of the initial purchase unless specified by an agreement between the consumer and us. After 30 days, there will be no refund or credit for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade, or months when you do not use our Advance Consulting. If you fail to pay the applicable fee, we reserve the right to disable your access to Bundle Leads Advance Consulting. You must provide final, complete and accurate billing information.

Operation of the Services:-

Bundle Leads has complete and sole discretion in terms of services. Among other things, may:-

(a) provide information to third parties about the Services and their customers, which is subject to a Privacy Policy.

(b) return, suspend or discontinue any function or feature of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the Services from time to time may be inaccessible or unaffordable for any reason, including, without limitation:-

(i) Equipment failure.

(ii) Periodic maintenance procedures or repairs that we may perform from time to time.

(iii) Reasons beyond the control or which are not reasonably possible through Bundle Leads.

Disclaimer of Warranties:-

Bundle Leads does not guarantee any offer or warranty, including providing digital services or the inclusion of information, content, materials, or products included in the Services. If liabilities, guarantees, or warranties are subject to any of the terms or conditions other than this section 8 and this Agreement, it will facilitate this section.

Limitation of Liability:-

Any ideology binds bundle Leads under any specific, harmful, inclusive, monetary terms, terms of loss. It is good to be aware of the use of instability of the Services’ use or the consequent or consequential use of trust due to such a feature.

Violations / Indemnification:-

All losses and additions made by Bundle Leads and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers, or any user-written, posted, or submitted by you.

Waiver and Release:-

You agree that Bundle Leads and its officers, directors, employees, agencies, licensors, or suppliers will not assume any liability under your eligibility. You know that we should not be held liable, explicitly or implicitly, for any consumer liability or corruption, liability, or unlawful Agreement for the rest of this year. You may not include any claimants, licensors, or suppliers herein, under which does not always issue any claims against its officers for any loss or damage that may occur in connection with the use of your Services.

Complete Agreement:-

This Agreement, which includes the Bundle Leads Privacy Policy and the Copyright or Intellectual Property Violation Report Policy, constitutes all agreements relating to you and your access to and use of the Services and any prior Or with the sole exception of any separate licensing agreements for contemporary written or oral agreements, communications or other related understandings. Some will remain in full power and influence, and in which they will fulfill the terms of this Agreement.

Dispute Resolution / Agreement to Arbitrate/ Jurisdiction :-

As usually, Parts of this section are considered “written agreement for arbitration” under the Federal Arbitration Act. You and Bundle Leads agree that we intend to meet the “written” requirements of Section 14 of the Federal Arbitration Act.

Construction:-

Suppose any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or unsuitable. In that case, this part will be restricted or terminated to a lesser extent so that this Agreement is otherwise fully enforceable and enforceable.

Notice:-

Under this Agreement, you will receive notices via electronic mail, a general or specific notice on the Services, communications to your Bundle Leads Digital Account or written communications via First Class US Mail to your address by the record to your address.

Miscellaneous:-

If you violate this Agreement or for any other reason, we may immediately terminate or suspend access to the Services without prior notice or liability. Failure of either party to exercise any of the rights granted to it in any way shall be deemed to be a waiver of any further rights. The title of the parts of this Agreement is for convenience only and will not be construed to affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement.
